Participation registration deadline.  Confirmation of registration will be sent within 24 hours.  Companies will then receive an invoice within 15 days (if applicable). Fees are due within 30 days of invoice receipt.

A Web link for the Email Upload Portal is sent to the primary contact to upload employee email addresses for survey distribution. The deadline to upload the file containing the email addresses is July 9th. Companies that need access codes will also request them via this portal (online option only).

A Web link for the BCG Employer Questionnaire (EQ) will be sent to the primary contact at each of the registered companies.

If applicable, paper version of the employee survey and postage-paid return envelopes are sent to the primary contact at participating companies for distribution (paper option only).

Completed Employer Questionnaires (EQs) are due.

Online Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Surveys are sent via email (online option only).
